Ibis, Fish and Water.. a strongly symbolic piece.
should i .. or not.. explain and go into detail? i am not really good at words.. others can do that a lot better.. but i will try.. to just give out some basics.. leave the rest to your imagination? of course there are various ways to interpret the symbols here.. but i will mention what appeals to me.. what makes sense to me.....
the IBIS .. the harbringer of lunar functions - significant as yesterday was this special full moon.. the double ibis perhaps reinfoces this .. - again.. lunar.. significant.. for me the moon is THE symbol of woman.. womanhood.. goddess... fertility...
same goes for the FISH.. another symbol of fertility.. woman .. femininity.. transformation....... AND the fish lives in WATER - the third part of this TRINITY.. symbolic for the subconscious... the mystery of the unknown....
the image is held together by the pyramid.. the triangle.. forming a counterpoint at the base..... as it is shown here.. it is a symbol for masculine energy, for activity, for the sun - and of course... trinity... tri-angle...... the number 3.
so the image is balanced as such........ it is.. finished... concluded.
